كشفت مصادر إسرائيلية أن رئيس وزراء الاحتلال بنيامين نتنياهو، أوعز سراً إلى مساعديه بالاستعداد لاحتمال حل الكنيست قريباً والتوجه لانتخابات مبكرة في يونيو القادم.

قانونا الميزانية والتجنيد

يذكر أنه رسمياً من المقرر إجراء الانتخابات في 27 أكتوبر القادم، ولكن إقرار قانون الميزانية العامة نهاية مارس ومن قبله قانون التجنيد سيحددان ما إذا كانت الانتخابات ستجرى فعلاً.

وحسب المصادر، فإنه ما لم يتم إقرار الميزانية في نهاية مارس فسيتم حل الكنيست والدعوة لانتخابات في غضون 3 أشهر ما يجعل شهر يونيو الأكثر ترجيحاً كموعد للانتخابات المبكرة.

ووفق صحيفة «يديعوت أحرونوت»، فإن نتنياهو أوعز سراً بالاستعداد لانتخابات يونيو، قبل موعدها بأشهر، وسط جمود بشأن مشروع قانون الحريديم والميزانية، رغم إصراره العلني على أن الحكومة ستكمل ولايتها كاملة حتى نهاية أكتوبر.

احتمال حل الكنيست

وكشفت أن نتنياهو طلب من مستشاريه المقربين الاستعداد لاحتمال حل الكنيست في المستقبل القريب، ما يزيد من احتمالية إجراء انتخابات الكنيست السادس والعشرين قبل موعدها بنحو 4 أشهر.

وقالت: من المقرر حاليًا إجراء الانتخابات الوطنية القادمة في 27 أكتوبر 2026، ومع ذلك، فإن نتنياهو أصدر تعليماته لمساعديه بالاستعداد لسيناريو تقديم موعد الانتخابات، وربما إلى يونيو، كما طلب نتنياهو تشكيل فريق لقيادة الحملة الانتخابية لحزب الليكود. وبموجب هذا الجدول الزمني، ستُجرى الانتخابات التمهيدية للحزب لتحديد قائمة مرشحي الليكود في غضون أشهر.

وفي محادثات خاصة، نقلت الصحيفة، أن نتنياهو أعرب عن ثقته في إقرار التشريع المثير للجدل الذي يُعفي الرجال الحريديم من الخدمة العسكرية الإلزامية. لكن مصادر سياسية ذكرت أنه يُدرك أن الوضع قد يتدهور بسرعة. ولذلك، وجّه دائرته المقربة بالاستعداد لاحتمال حلّ الكنيست مبكراً إذا فشل الائتلاف في إقرار مشروع قانون التجنيد أو ميزانية الدولة.

ضغوط داخل الائتلاف

وقال مسؤول حكومي إن نتنياهو يصرح للجميع أن الانتخابات ستُجرى في موعدها لأنه لا يريد أن يتآكل الانضباط أو أن يشعر أحد بأن الحكومة على وشك الانهيار، مضيفاً أنه يريد إكمال ولايته كاملةً ولا يريد أن يُضيّع يوماً واحداً في السلطة، لكن في الواقع، حزب الليكود يُحضّر بالفعل لاحتمال إجبار الكنيست على الحلّ قريباً.

وكشفت الصحيفة أن نتنياهو يدرس خيارات تشكيل فريق حملة انتخابية يعتمد بشكل كبير على مستشاريه الحاليين، مع توقع انضمام دوائر استشارية إضافية.

ونقلت عن مسؤولين في إشارة إلى قانون التجنيد وقانون الميزانية، أن التطورات خلقت ضغوطاً متزايدة داخل الائتلاف. وبينما لا يرغب أي من شركاء الائتلاف في إجراء انتخابات مبكرة، فقد حذروا من أن حل الكنيست قد يصبح أمراً لا مفر منه إذا استمر هذا المأزق.

Israeli sources revealed that the Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu, secretly instructed his aides to prepare for the possibility of dissolving the Knesset soon and heading for early elections in June.

The Budget and Recruitment Laws

It is officially scheduled for elections to be held on October 27, but the approval of the public budget law at the end of March, along with the recruitment law, will determine whether the elections will actually take place.

According to sources, unless the budget is approved by the end of March, the Knesset will be dissolved and elections will be called within three months, making June the most likely date for early elections.

According to the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth," Netanyahu secretly instructed preparations for the June elections months in advance, amid a stalemate regarding the Haredi bill and the budget, despite his public insistence that the government would complete its term until the end of October.

The Possibility of Dissolving the Knesset

It was revealed that Netanyahu asked his close advisors to prepare for the possibility of dissolving the Knesset in the near future, increasing the likelihood of holding the 26th Knesset elections about four months earlier than scheduled.

It is currently planned to hold the next national elections on October 27, 2026; however, Netanyahu has instructed his aides to prepare for a scenario of advancing the election date, possibly to June, and he has also requested the formation of a team to lead the Likud party's election campaign. Under this timeline, the party's primary elections to determine the list of Likud candidates will take place within months.

According to the newspaper, Netanyahu continues to publicly insist that his 37th government will complete its term, and senior ministers who spoke with him in recent days stated that he conveyed a consistent message: the coalition will approve the next state budget, and the elections will be held on schedule.

In private conversations, the newspaper reported that Netanyahu expressed confidence in passing the controversial legislation that exempts Haredi men from mandatory military service. However, political sources indicated that he is aware that the situation could deteriorate quickly. Therefore, he directed his close circle to prepare for the possibility of early Knesset dissolution if the coalition fails to pass the recruitment bill or the state budget.

Pressure Within the Coalition

A government official stated that Netanyahu tells everyone that elections will be held on time because he does not want discipline to erode or for anyone to feel that the government is on the verge of collapse, adding that he wants to complete his term fully and does not want to waste a single day in power. However, in reality, the Likud party is already preparing for the possibility of forcing the Knesset to dissolve soon.

The newspaper revealed that Netanyahu is considering options for forming an election campaign team that heavily relies on his current advisors, with expectations of additional advisory circles joining.

Officials indicated, referring to the recruitment law and the budget law, that developments have created increasing pressure within the coalition. While none of the coalition partners wish to hold early elections, they have warned that dissolving the Knesset may become inevitable if this deadlock continues.
