مرة جديدة يختار الأمين العام لحزب الله نعيم قاسم لحظة شديدة الدقة ليفتح مواجهة سياسية مع الدولة اللبنانية، مطلقاً خطاباً تصعيدياً يضرب في صميم مسار يُفترض أنه يهدف إلى تثبيت وقف إطلاق النار وإعادة ترميم الحد الأدنى من هيبة المؤسسات.
التوقيت هذه المرة بالغ الخطورة، فهو يسبق اجتماع ترمب ونتنياهو الذي يحمل في طياته احتمالات توسيع العدوان، ويتزامن مع جلسة حكومية مرتقبة في الخامس من يناير يُفترض ان تؤسس للانتقال إلى شمال الليطاني بعد إنجاز الجيش اللبناني مهمته جنوبه.
في هذا المشهد الملبد، بدا كلام نعيم قاسم اليوم (الأحد) وكأنه إعلان صريح عن عودة الحزب إلى سياسة كسر القرار الوطني، مهما كانت الكلفة.
دلالات هذا الخطاب في لحظته الحرجة
الخطاب الذي قال فيه قاسم «لا تطلبوا منا شيئاً، وإن حصرية السلاح مشروع إسرائيلي أمريكي..» لا يمكن قراءته بمعزل عن المناخ الإقليمي، خصوصاً أن نتنياهو يتجه إلى واشنطن ليطلب حرية حركة أوسع في لبنان، فيما يحتاج إلى أدلة سياسية ليقنع الإدارة الأمريكية بأن الدولة اللبنانية عاجزة عن ضبط وضعها الداخلي.
هنا يأتي تصريح نعيم قاسم كهدية مجانية، يعرض فيها لبنان دولة عاجزة وحكومة بلا صلاحيات فعلية، ويقدم حزب الله كقوة تقرر نيابة عن الجميع.

السقف العالي الذي استخدمه قاسم اليوم يعكس قراراً بالعودة إلى منطق فرض الأمر الواقع، كل ما تحقق من تهدئة نسبية، وكل محاولات إعادة وصل لبنان بمحيطه العربي والدولي يتم نسفها بجملة واحدة مفادها أن لا التزام ولا تعاون ولا تنازل بعد اليوم، وكأن الحزب يعلن انتهاء مرحلة وبدء أخرى عنوانها المواجهة المفتوحة مع الداخل قبل الخارج.
لبنان اليوم لا يعيش ترف الشعارات. الجنوب ينزف، الاقتصاد يتداعى، والناس تبحث عن بارقة أمل في إعادة الإعمار لا عن بيانات تهديد. حين يتحول الخطاب السياسي إلى استدعاء القوة في العلن، يصبح البلد كله رهينة مزاج قيادي واحد.
هذا المسار لا يقود إلا إلى مزيد من العزلة، فالمجتمع الدولي لن يستثمر في دولة تعلن إحدى قواها رفضها المسبق لأي التزام. والإسرائيلي لن يتردد في استغلال هذا الانقسام لتبرير أي تصعيد جديد. في هذه اللحظة، يصبح السؤال ليس ماذا يريد حزب الله، بل كم سيدفع لبنان ثمناً إضافياً ليحمل نتائج هذا الخطاب؟

The timing this time is extremely dangerous, as it precedes the Trump-Netanyahu meeting, which carries the potential for expanding aggression, and coincides with an anticipated government session on January 5 that is supposed to lay the groundwork for the transition to northern Litani after the Lebanese army completes its mission in the south.
In this overcast scene, Naeem Qassem's words today (Sunday) seemed like a clear announcement of the party's return to a policy of breaking the national decision, regardless of the cost.
The implications of this speech at its critical moment
The speech in which Qassem said, "Do not ask us for anything, and the exclusivity of weapons is an Israeli-American project..." cannot be read in isolation from the regional climate, especially since Netanyahu is heading to Washington to request broader freedom of movement in Lebanon, while he needs political evidence to convince the U.S. administration that the Lebanese state is incapable of controlling its internal situation.

Obstructing any step towards northern Litani
This approach does not target the army alone; it practically aims to undermine the report expected to be submitted to the Cabinet and obstruct any subsequent steps towards northern Litani, effectively freezing the project of restoring the state's authority.
The high ceiling that Qassem used today reflects a decision to return to the logic of imposing facts on the ground; all that has been achieved in terms of relative calm and all attempts to reconnect Lebanon with its Arab and international surroundings are being undermined by a single statement that there will be no commitment, no cooperation, and no concessions from now on, as if the party is announcing the end of one phase and the beginning of another, titled open confrontation with the internal before the external.
Lebanon today does not enjoy the luxury of slogans. The south is bleeding, the economy is collapsing, and people are looking for a glimmer of hope in reconstruction, not in threatening statements. When political discourse turns into a public call for force, the entire country becomes hostage to the mood of a single leader.
This path leads only to further isolation, as the international community will not invest in a state that announces one of its powers' prior rejection of any commitment. The Israeli will not hesitate to exploit this division to justify any new escalation. At this moment, the question becomes not what Hezbollah wants, but how much additional cost Lebanon will pay to bear the consequences of this speech?
