قدمت الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بمكة المكرمة، ممثلةً بمركز ريادة الأعمال، خدمة مكتب تسهيل الأعمال (منشآت)، وذلك في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لدعم رواد الأعمال وتمكين المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وتعزيز بيئة ريادة الأعمال في المنطقة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
منظومة متكاملة
وتهدف الخدمة إلى تقديم منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات الميسّرة لرواد الأعمال وأصحاب المنشآت، تشمل الإرشاد والتوجيه، وتسهيل الإجراءات، وربط المستفيدين بالجهات الداعمة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأعمال وتحسين فرص النمو والاستدامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
وتعمل الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة (منشآت) من خلال خدمة مكاتب تسهيل الأعمال، بالتعاون مع الغرف التجارية والصناعية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بالشراكة مع القطاع العام، على رصد أبرز التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه قطاع المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة ورواد الأعمال، وتحليلها بشكل منهجي، والعمل على تطوير الحلول المناسبة التي تسهم في تحسين بيئة الأعمال ورفع تنافسية القطاع.
إضافة نوعية
وأكدت الغرفة التجارية بمكة المكرمة أن هذه الخدمة تمثل إضافة نوعية لبرامج الدعم المقدمة لرواد الأعمال، وتسهم في تسريع رحلة تأسيس ونمو المنشآت، وتعزيز دورها في التنمية الاقتصادية، وإيجاد فرص عمل نوعية، ودعم الاقتصاد المحلي.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن سلسلة من المبادرات التي تنفذها الغرفة بالتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة؛ بهدف تمكين قطاع ريادة الأعمال، وتحفيز الابتكار، وتحقيق التكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص لخدمة رواد الأعمال والمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة في العاصمة المقدسة.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Mecca, represented by the Entrepreneurship Center, has launched the Business Facilitation Office (Monsha'at) service as part of its ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurs, empower small and medium enterprises, and enhance the entrepreneurial environment in the region, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Integrated System
The service aims to provide an integrated system of facilitative services for entrepreneurs and business owners, including guidance and mentoring, streamlining procedures, and connecting beneficiaries with supporting entities, which contributes to enhancing business efficiency and improving growth and sustainability opportunities for small and medium enterprises.
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) works through the Business Facilitation Office service, in collaboration with the chambers of commerce and industry in various regions of the Kingdom, in partnership with the public sector, to identify the main challenges and obstacles facing the small and medium enterprises sector and entrepreneurs, analyze them systematically, and develop appropriate solutions that contribute to improving the business environment and enhancing the competitiveness of the sector.
Qualitative Addition
The Chamber of Commerce in Mecca confirmed that this service represents a qualitative addition to the support programs provided to entrepreneurs, contributes to accelerating the establishment and growth journey of enterprises, enhances their role in economic development, creates quality job opportunities, and supports the local economy.
This step comes as part of a series of initiatives implemented by the chamber in collaboration with relevant entities, aimed at empowering the entrepreneurship sector, stimulating innovation, and achieving integration between the public and private sectors to serve entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises in the holy capital.
