أصدر رئيس تحرير صحيفة «عكاظ»، المشرف العام على صحيفة «سعودي جازيت»، الزميل جميل الذيابي، قراراً بتكليف الزميلة سارة الشريف بالإشراف على مكتب الصحيفة بالمدينة المنورة. ويأتي القرار نظراً للمكانة الكبيرة التي تحظى بها منطقة المدينة المنورة ومحافظاتها، وتفعيلاً لدور الصحيفة في مواكبة أحداثها من مختلف الجوانب.
وأعربت الزميلة سارة الشريف عن اعتزازها بالثقة، وأن قرار تكليفها يعدّ أكبر محفّز لها لتحقيق المستهدفات وتطوير الأداء لمتابعة التحوّلات الكبرى التي تشهدها منطقة المدينة المنورة.
يشار إلى أن الزميلة الشريف، تتمتع بخبرة مهنية واسعة، إذ التحقت بـ«عكاظ» منذ العام 2016، ومثّلت الصحيفة في مناسبات عدة خارج المملكة، وتم ترشيحها ضمن برامج تطوير الصحافة الرقمية للصحفيين السعوديين.
وكان الزميل سامي المغامسي أشرف على مكتب صحيفة «عكاظ» في المدينة المنورة، إذ يُعد من الكفاءات الإعلامية المميّزة، ومارس العمل الصحفي منذ أكثر من 25 عامًا قضاها في مكتب «عكاظ» بالمدينة، حقّق خلالها منجزات نوعية للصحيفة، أسهمت في تعزيز حضورها الإعلامي، وتطوير التغطيات المحلية، بما يعكس خبرته المهنية وتجربته الصحفية.
The Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper "Okaz," and the General Supervisor of the newspaper "Saudi Gazette," colleague Jameel Al-Dhiabi, issued a decision to appoint colleague Sarah Al-Sharif to oversee the newspaper's office in Medina. This decision comes in light of the significant status that the Medina region and its governorates hold, and to activate the role of the newspaper in keeping up with its events from various aspects.
Colleague Sarah Al-Sharif expressed her pride in the trust placed in her, stating that the decision to appoint her is the greatest motivator for her to achieve the targets and develop performance to follow up on the major transformations taking place in the Medina region.
It is noteworthy that colleague Al-Sharif has extensive professional experience, having joined "Okaz" since 2016, and represented the newspaper at several events outside the Kingdom. She has also been nominated for programs aimed at developing digital journalism for Saudi journalists.
Colleague Sami Al-Mughamsi previously oversaw the office of the newspaper "Okaz" in Medina, being one of the distinguished media talents. He has been practicing journalism for more than 25 years in the "Okaz" office in Medina, during which he achieved qualitative accomplishments for the newspaper, contributing to enhancing its media presence and developing local coverage, reflecting his professional expertise and journalistic experience.
