أصدرت كيم يو جونغ، شقيقة الزعيم الكوري الشمالي كيم جونغ أون والشخصية النافذة في بيونغ يانغ، بيانًا عبر وكالة الأنباء المركزية الكورية (KCNA) اليوم (الأحد)، دعت فيه كوريا الجنوبية إلى إجراء تحقيق شامل وتقديم تفسيرات مفصلة بشأن حوادث الطائرات المسيرة التي دخلت المجال الجوي الكوري الشمالي أخيرا.
تحذير زعيمة كوريا الشمالية
وأعربت كيم يو جونغ عن تقديرها لإعلان العاصمة الكورية الجنوبية سول موقفها الرسمي بأنها لا تنوي الاستفزاز، محذرة في الوقت نفسه من أن أي استفزازات ستؤدي إلى «مواقف مرعبة» ونتائج وخيمة.
وقالت: «الحقيقة الواضحة هي أن طائرة مسيرة من جمهورية كوريا انتهكت المجال الجوي لدولتنا»، مشددة على أن السلطات المسؤولة عن الأمن القومي في الجنوب لا يمكنها التنصل من مسؤوليتها، سواء كان الفاعل منظمة مدنية أو فردًا.
كوريا الشمالية تُسقط مسيرة
جاء البيان بعد أن أعلن الجيش الكوري الشمالي أمس (السبت) أن طائرة مسيرة أخرى دخلت مجاله الجوي في 4 يناير 2026، بعد حادثة سابقة في سبتمبر 2025، وأنه تم إسقاطها باستخدام وسائل حرب إلكترونية.
ونشرت كوريا الشمالية صورا لشظايا الطائرة وصورا جوية قالت إنها التقطتها الكاميرا الموجودة عليها، متهمة الطائرة بالتجسس على منشآت حساسة.
نفي كوري جنوبي
ومن جانبها، نفت كوريا الجنوبية أن تكون الطائرات المسيرة تابعة لجيشها، مؤكدة أنها لا تمتلك مثل هذه النماذج ولم تقم بتشغيل أي طائرات مسيرة في التواريخ المحددة.
فيما أعلن مكتب الأمن القومي في سول اليوم (الأحد) أنه سيتم الإفراج عن نتائج التحقيق بسرعة، مع التأكيد مجددًا على عدم وجود نية للاستفزاز تجاه الشمال.
ويأتي هذا التوتر في سياق جهود إدارة الرئيس الكوري الجنوبي لي جاي ميونغ لتحسين العلاقات مع كوريا الشمالية، حيث اقترحت سول إجراء محادثات عسكرية، لكن بيونغ يانغ لم ترد على أي دعوات للحوار منذ أن أعلن كيم جونغ أون في نهاية 2023 أن الكوريتين دولتان منفصلتان و«معاديتان» لبعضهما.
وتعكس تصريحات كيم يو جونغ رغبة بيونغ يانغ في معالجة القضية كمسألة دبلوماسية، مع التركيز على مسؤولية الدولة الجنوبية بغض النظر عن طبيعة الجهة المنفذة.
Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and a prominent figure in Pyongyang, issued a statement through the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) today (Sunday), calling on South Korea to conduct a thorough investigation and provide detailed explanations regarding the recent incidents of drones entering North Korean airspace.
Warning from the North Korean Leader
Kim Yo Jong expressed her appreciation for the South Korean capital Seoul's official stance that it does not intend to provoke, while simultaneously warning that any provocations would lead to "terrifying positions" and dire consequences.
She stated, "The clear truth is that a drone from the Republic of Korea violated our state's airspace," emphasizing that the authorities responsible for national security in the south cannot shirk their responsibility, whether the perpetrator is a civil organization or an individual.
North Korea Shoots Down a Drone
The statement came after the North Korean military announced yesterday (Saturday) that another drone had entered its airspace on January 4, 2026, following a previous incident in September 2025, and that it was shot down using electronic warfare means.
North Korea released images of the drone's wreckage and aerial photos that it claimed were taken by the camera on board, accusing the drone of spying on sensitive facilities.
South Korean Denial
For its part, South Korea denied that the drones belonged to its military, asserting that it does not possess such models and did not operate any drones on the specified dates.
The National Security Office in Seoul announced today (Sunday) that the results of the investigation will be released promptly, reiterating that there is no intention to provoke the north.
This tension comes amid efforts by South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol's administration to improve relations with North Korea, as Seoul proposed military talks, but Pyongyang has not responded to any calls for dialogue since Kim Jong Un declared at the end of 2023 that the two Koreas are separate and "hostile" states to each other.
Kim Yo Jong's statements reflect Pyongyang's desire to address the issue as a diplomatic matter, focusing on the responsibility of the southern state regardless of the nature of the executing party.
