حين انطلقت «رؤية 2030»، بدأت نقطة التحوُّل التاريخية للمرأة السعودية في مختلف القطاعات، بانتقالها من «دور محدود» إلى «شريك فاعل» لبناء اقتصاد وطني حديث، فأصبح حضورها في سوق العمل مشهداً مألوفاً كحق طبيعي لها لا حالة استثنائية.

ومن الإيجابيات البارزة؛ أن دخول المرأة سوق العمل عزز الاستقرار الأسري، ورفع مستوى الوعي المالي، وخلق بيئة أكثر تنافسية وعدالة، وساهم في تحسين جودة الحياة وزيادة الإنتاجية، إذ لم تعد المرأة حاضرة في الأدوار التقليدية فقط، بل أصبحت جزءاً من صناعة القرار والتنمية والاستثمار، مساهمة بجدية في تنويع الاقتصاد، ورفع كفاءة الأداء في القطاعين العام والخاص.

واليوم نشهد نتائج هذا التمكين بوضوح؛ فمعدلات مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل ارتفعت بشكل غير مسبوق، وبرزت نماذج مشرقة أثبتت حضورها في الإدارة، والابتكار، والتحول الرقمي، والخدمات الصحية، والمجالات الأكاديمية.

ولعل ثقة القيادة الرشيدة بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده، فتحت الأبواب الواسعة لعمل المرأة في قطاعات كانت مغلقة، فولي العهد يؤكد مراراً أن تمكين المرأة ليس خياراً إضافياً، بل هو عنصر جوهري في تنمية الوطن.

فالمرأة السعودية اليوم تعمل، وتبتكر، وتنافس، وتمثل بلادها بأفضل صورة، وهذا التحوُّل لم يكن ليحدث لولا إيمان القيادة بقدرتها، ودعم المجتمع لها، وعزمها هي على إثبات ذاتها. والأجمل من ذلك أن المجتمع نفسه بات أكثر وعياً بقدرات المرأة، وأكثر تقديراً لجهودها ومكانتها.

إن ما تحقق ليس نهاية الطريق، بل بداية مسار طويل يفتح آفاقاً جديدة للأجيال القادمة، ويكفينا فخراً أننا ننتمي إلى وطن يصنع الفرص، ويؤمن بقدرات أبنائه وبناته، ويمضي بثبات نحو مستقبل يليق ببلادنا وشعبها.

Her presence in the labor market has become a familiar sight, a natural right rather than an exceptional case.

Among the notable positives; women's entry into the labor market has enhanced family stability, raised financial awareness, created a more competitive and equitable environment, and contributed to improving quality of life and increasing productivity. Women are no longer present only in traditional roles; they have become part of decision-making, development, and investment, seriously contributing to economic diversification and enhancing performance efficiency in both the public and private sectors.

Today, we clearly witness the results of this empowerment; women's participation rates in the labor market have risen unprecedentedly, and shining examples have emerged, proving their presence in management, innovation, digital transformation, healthcare, and academic fields.

Perhaps the confidence of the wise leadership, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince, has opened wide doors for women's work in sectors that were previously closed. The Crown Prince repeatedly emphasizes that empowering women is not an additional option but an essential element in the nation's development.

Saudi women today work, innovate, compete, and represent their country in the best light. This transformation would not have occurred without the leadership's belief in their capabilities, the community's support for them, and their own determination to prove themselves. Even more beautiful is that society itself has become more aware of women's abilities and more appreciative of their efforts and status.

What has been achieved is not the end of the road, but the beginning of a long path that opens new horizons for future generations. We are proud to belong to a nation that creates opportunities, believes in the capabilities of its sons and daughters, and steadily moves towards a future worthy of our country and its people.
