Agreements were reached with the players, necessary medical examinations were conducted, and we obtained the required approvals. Our club fulfilled all its obligations completely and on time. All documents related to the transfer registration were uploaded to the system correctly and fully within the specified period." The statement added: "Due to the other club entering the transfer management system 'TMS' information incorrectly, our club was unable to complete the deal during the specified registration period. Accordingly, we requested an extension of the deadline and held the necessary discussions with FIFA, taking all necessary steps to resolve the issue. However, the other club did not complete the deal without providing any justification to us. As a result of these developments, we were unfortunately unable to complete the mentioned transfer," noting that the club understands and shares its fans' disappointment caused by this process, emphasizing that the club will restructure its team with the same determination and discipline in line with its sporting goals.
