قام محافظ الطائف الأمير سعود بن نهار بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز بجولة ميدانية شملت مطار الطائف الدولي وعدداً من المواقيت؛ وذلك للوقوف على جاهزية الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن مع قرب حلول شهر رمضان المبارك. واطّلع خلال زيارته لمطار الطائف الدولي على منظومة التشغيل في صالات القدوم والمغادرة، والخدمات المساندة للمسافرين، إضافة إلى الإجراءات التنظيمية التي تنفذها الجهات العاملة في المطار لضمان انسيابية الحركة وتقديم تجربة سفر ميسّرة وآمنة للمعتمرين. وأكد محافظ الطائف أهمية تكامل الجهود بين مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخدمية داخل المطار، بما يعكس اهتمام القيادة الرشيدة بالحجاج والمعتمرين وحرصها على توفير أفضل الخدمات لهم. وفي سياق متصل، تفقَّد محافظ الطائف ميقات السيل الكبير «قرن المنازل» وميقات ومسجد وادي محرم، إذ اطلع على الاستعدادات التشغيلية والتنظيمية لاستقبال المعتمرين، وما تنفذه الجهات المعنية من أعمال خدمية وتوعوية تهدف إلى تيسير أداء النسك وسط بيئة آمنة ومنظمة. كما وقف، خلال الجولة، على مراحل ترميم وإعادة تهيئة مسجد الميقات القديم بوادي محرم، مشدداً على أهمية استمرار التنسيق بين الجهات ذات العلاقة؛ لضمان تقديم خدمات نوعية للمعتمرين القادمين من مختلف دول العالم. The Governor of Taif, Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, conducted a field tour that included Taif International Airport and several designated places; this was to assess the readiness of the services provided to the guests of الرحمن with the approaching month of Ramadan. During his visit to Taif International Airport, he reviewed the operational system in the arrival and departure halls, the supporting services for travelers, in addition to the organizational procedures implemented by the entities operating at the airport to ensure smooth movement and provide a facilitated and safe travel experience for the pilgrims. The Governor of Taif emphasized the importance of the integration of efforts among various governmental and service entities within the airport, reflecting the leadership's keen interest in the pilgrims and their commitment to providing the best services for them. In a related context, the Governor of Taif inspected the Miqat of Al-Sail Al-Kabeer "Qarn Al-Manazil" and the Miqat and Mosque of Wadi Muharram, where he reviewed the operational and organizational preparations to welcome the pilgrims, as well as the services and awareness activities carried out by the relevant authorities aimed at facilitating the performance of rituals in a safe and organized environment. He also observed, during the tour, the stages of restoration and renovation of the old Miqat Mosque in Wadi Muharram, stressing the importance of continued coordination among the relevant entities to ensure the provision of quality services for pilgrims coming from various countries around the world.
