في فصل جديد من الملاحقة الإسرائيلية، مددت سلطات الاحتلال قرار منع المعلمة والمرابطة المقدسية هنادي الحلواني من السفر، بتوقيع مباشر من رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو، مستنداً إلى صلاحياته كوزير للداخلية، عقب انسحاب حزب «شاس» من الحكومة. القرار ليس طارئاً، بل امتداد لسلسلة طويلة من القيود التعسفية التي تطارد الحلواني منذ نحو 15 عاماً. بدأت ملاحقة المعلمة الحلواني عام 2011 بسبب تمسكها بدورها في نقل قضية الأقصى محلياً ودولياً. ومنذ 2015 أُدرجت على قوائم الإبعاد عن المسجد الأقصى، مع تجديد تلقائي متواصل، ولم تدخل ساحاته منذ ذلك الحين إلا أياماً معدودة. واشتهرت بمبادرة «مقلوبة القدس» لدعم المرابطين والممنوعين من دخول الأقصى. من وادي الجوز إلى الأقصى.. سيرة رباط وُلدت هنادي الحلواني (أم محمود) عام 1980 في حي وادي الجوز بالقدس، في منزل تطل شرفته على المسجد الأقصى. هي أم لأربعة أبناء، أكبرهم محمود. أكاديمياً، تحمل بكالوريوس في الخدمة الاجتماعية من جامعة القدس المفتوحة، وانخرطت منذ 2007 معلمة في دار القرآن الكريم بالمسجد الأقصى، وعُرفت بالرباط ونالت لقب «المرابطة». دراسة وحقوق.. ثم قيود أشد في 2022، نالت درجة الماجستير في «الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان» من جامعة بيرزيت. إلا أن العقوبات تصاعدت، إذ يُجدَّد منع السفر بحقها منذ يوليو 2021، ما حال دون أداء رسالتها التي تحبها؛ إيصال معاناة القدس والأقصى إلى العالم. حرية ناقصة بعد صفقة تبادل أُفرج عن الحلواني في صفقة تبادل الأسرى الأولى خلال حرب غزة أواخر نوفمبر 2023، لكن القيود بقيت حاضرة، وتشمل: • منع السفر بدعوى «تهديد الأمن». • حظر النشر على مواقع التواصل. • منع الحديث لوسائل الإعلام. • تجديد الإبعاد عن الأقصى تلقائياً. • منع التواصل مع شخصيات مقدسية من بينهم الشيخ رائد صلاح والشيخ كمال الخطيب. أرقام تثقل السيرة تقول الحلواني إن مجموع اعتقالاتها وجلسات التحقيق معها بلغ 62 منذ 2011، إضافة إلى 7 أعوام من الإبعاد عن الأقصى و5 إبعادات عن البلدة القديمة، واقتحام منزلها وتخريبه أكثر من 12 مرة. ومع استمرار الاستدعاءات وتسليم قرارات قصيرة ومتتابعة، تؤكد أن الأرقام باتت «لا تُعد ولا تُحصى». العقوبة تطال العائلة لم تتوقف الملاحقة عندها؛ فقد لاحقتها مخابرات الاحتلال أثناء قيادتها المركبة، واقتُحم منزلها مراراً، وامتنعت السلطات عن تسليمها هويتها منذ الإفراج عنها، كما رفضت تجديد هوية أحد أبنائها بذريعة أن «هنادي أمّه». In a new chapter of Israeli persecution, the occupation authorities extended the travel ban on the teacher and Jerusalemite activist Hanadi Halwani, with a direct signature from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, based on his powers as Minister of the Interior, following the withdrawal of the "Shas" party from the government. This decision is not an emergency but an extension of a long series of arbitrary restrictions that have pursued Halwani for about 15 years. The persecution of teacher Halwani began in 2011 due to her commitment to conveying the issue of Al-Aqsa locally and internationally. Since 2015, she has been placed on lists banning her from Al-Aqsa Mosque, with continuous automatic renewals, and she has only entered its courtyards a few days since then. She became well-known for the "Al-Quds Upside Down" initiative to support those who are steadfast and banned from entering Al-Aqsa. From Wadi Al-Joz to Al-Aqsa.. A Story of Steadfastness Hanadi Halwani (Umm Mahmoud) was born in 1980 in the Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood of Jerusalem, in a house whose balcony overlooks Al-Aqsa Mosque. She is a mother of four children, the eldest of whom is Mahmoud. Academically, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Al-Quds Open University, and since 2007, she has been involved as a teacher at the Quran House in Al-Aqsa Mosque, where she is known for her steadfastness and has earned the title of "the steadfast one." Education and Rights.. Then Stricter Restrictions In 2022, she obtained a Master's degree in "Democracy and Human Rights" from Birzeit University. However, the sanctions escalated, as her travel ban has been renewed since July 2021, preventing her from fulfilling her beloved mission; conveying the suffering of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa to the world. Incomplete Freedom After a Prisoner Exchange Deal Halwani was released in the first prisoner exchange deal during the Gaza war in late November 2023, but the restrictions remained in place, including: • A travel ban on the grounds of "threatening security." • A ban on publishing on social media. • A prohibition on speaking to the media. • Automatic renewal of the ban from Al-Aqsa. • A ban on communication with Jerusalemite figures, including Sheikh Raed Salah and Sheikh Kamal Khatib. Numbers Weighing Down the Biography Halwani states that the total number of her arrests and interrogation sessions has reached 62 since 2011, in addition to 7 years of being banned from Al-Aqsa and 5 bans from the Old City, and her home has been raided and damaged more than 12 times. With the continued summons and the delivery of short and consecutive decisions, she confirms that the numbers have become "countless." The Punishment Affects the Family The persecution did not stop with her; the occupation intelligence pursued her while she was driving, her home was raided repeatedly, and the authorities have refused to hand over her identity card since her release, as well as rejecting the renewal of one of her children's identity on the grounds that "Hanadi is his mother."
