أضاف البنك المركزي السعودي (ساما) خدمة المقاصة الإلكترونية للشيكات إلى بوابة الخدمات الإلكترونية، لتستهدف الوصول إلى تحصيل الشيكات خلال يوم عمل.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن إطار إستراتيجية البنك المركزي السعودي للتحول الرقمي، الرامية إلى أتمتة الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد والجهات في بوّابة رقمية موحدة وآمنة على موقعه الإلكتروني.

وتتيح بوابة الخدمات الإلكترونية تنفيذ المعاملات بشكل إلكتروني بدلاً من الطرق التقليدية، وذلك لتعزيز تجربة المستخدمين المتمثلة في سرعة الإنجاز وسهولة الوصول وحماية البيانات باستخدام أحدث التقنيات. وتضم البوابة منذ إطلاقها عدداً من الخدمات الإلكترونية، أبرزها خدمة الاستعلام عن حسابات وودائع وصناديق أمانات المتوفين، وخدمة تقديم شكوى أفراد على المؤسسات المالية، وخدمة طلب ممارسة حقوق أصحاب البيانات الشخصية، وطلب الانضمام إلى البيئة التجريبية التشريعية، إضافة إلى طلب عدم الممانعة على المناصب القيادية، وسيتم إطلاق المزيد من الخدمات تباعاً.

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has added an electronic check clearing service to its electronic services portal, aiming to facilitate the collection of checks within one business day.

This step is part of the Saudi Central Bank's digital transformation strategy, which aims to automate the services provided to individuals and entities through a unified and secure digital portal on its website.

The electronic services portal allows transactions to be conducted electronically instead of through traditional methods, enhancing the user experience in terms of speed, ease of access, and data protection using the latest technologies. Since its launch, the portal has included a number of electronic services, the most notable of which are the service for inquiring about the accounts, deposits, and safekeeping boxes of deceased individuals, the service for filing individual complaints against financial institutions, the service for requesting the exercise of personal data owners' rights, the request to join the legislative experimental environment, in addition to the request for non-objection to leadership positions, and more services will be launched subsequently.
