ألزمت محكمة استئناف الأسرة، الفنان المصري أحمد عز، بدفع 30 ألف جنيه كأجرة مدبرة منزلية، في دعوى رفعتها الفنانة زينة.
أحكام سابقة
وقبلت محكمة الاستئناف طلب استئناف الفنان أحمد عز على حكم محكمة أسرة مدينة نصر بإلزامه بدفع 80 ألف جنيه نفقة شهرية لتوأم زينة، وخففت المبلغ إلى 60 ألف جنيه.
وتقدم وكيل الفنانة زينة المحامي معتز الدكر، بطلب إلى مكتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية بمحكمة أسرة مدينة نصر، يحمل الرقم 831 لسنة 2016، مطالباً بإلزام الفنان أحمد عز بتأدية نفقة شهرية لطفلي موكلته، عز الدين وزين الدين، بعد ثبوت نسبهما له.
واستأنف عز على الحكم طالباً تخفيضه، فقضت محكمة استئناف عالي الأسرة بتأييد حكم أول درجة. كما رفضت المحكمة ذاتها استئناف زينة المطالب بزيادة نفقة توأمها إلى 100 ألف جنيه.
مصروفات دراسية
كما أقامت الفنانة زينة دعوى تطالب فيها بمصروفات دراسية من عز، وقدم المحامي معتز الدكر، ممثل دفاع زينة، مذكرة خلال نظر الدعوى في أول درجة، تضمنت أجر عز في فيلم «الممر» ومسلسل «أبوعمر المصري» والحملات الإعلانية.
وأصدرت محكمة أسرة مدينة نصر حكماً بإلزام الفنان أحمد عز بدفع 23 ألفاً و304 جنيهات إسترلينية، ما يعادل نحو مليون جنيه مصري، كمصروفات دراسية لنجليه عز الدين وزين الدين عن العام الدراسي 2022 /2023.
The Family Court of Appeals has ordered the Egyptian artist Ahmed Ezz to pay 30,000 Egyptian pounds as a salary for a housekeeper, in a lawsuit filed by the artist Zina.
Previous Rulings
The Court of Appeals accepted Ahmed Ezz's appeal against the ruling of the Nasr City Family Court, which obligated him to pay 80,000 Egyptian pounds as monthly alimony for Zina's twins, and reduced the amount to 60,000 Egyptian pounds.
Zina's lawyer, Moataz El-Dekr, submitted a request to the Family Dispute Settlement Office at the Nasr City Family Court, numbered 831 for the year 2016, demanding that Ahmed Ezz be obligated to pay monthly alimony for his children, Ezz El-Din and Zain El-Din, after their paternity was established.
Ezz appealed the ruling, requesting a reduction, and the High Family Court upheld the first-instance ruling. The same court also rejected Zina's appeal for an increase in the alimony for her twins to 100,000 Egyptian pounds.
Educational Expenses
Zina also filed a lawsuit demanding educational expenses from Ezz, and lawyer Moataz El-Dekr, representing Zina, submitted a memorandum during the first-instance hearing that included Ezz's earnings from the film "The Passage" and the series "Abu Omar El-Masry," as well as advertising campaigns.
The Nasr City Family Court issued a ruling obligating Ahmed Ezz to pay 23,304 British pounds, equivalent to about one million Egyptian pounds, as educational expenses for his sons Ezz El-Din and Zain El-Din for the academic year 2022/2023.
