أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية في العاصمة المغربية الرباط، أمس (الإثنين)، حكماً يقضي بسجن صانع المحتوى الجزائري المعروف على منصة «تيك توك»، رؤوف بلقاسمي، لمدة ثلاثة أشهر نافذة، مع تغريمه مبلغ 500 درهم مغربي.
وأفادت مصادر صحفية محلية بأن بلقاسمي وُجهت إليه تهم تتعلق بالسب والقذف في حق عدد من الأشخاص خلال مظاهرات رياضية، إلى جانب الإخلال العلني بالحياء، على خلفية محتوى مصوّر قام بنشره عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وكان بلقاسمي قد حلّ بالمغرب لدعم المنتخب الجزائري المشارك في نهائيات كأس الأمم الأفريقية، قبل أن يتم إيداعه السجن المحلي بالرباط بتاريخ 12 يناير الجاري، في أعقاب توقيفه من قبل السلطات المختصة.
ويعود أصل القضية إلى مقطع فيديو ساخر نشره المعني بالأمر، زعم فيه قيامه بسلوك مسيء داخل ملعب مولاي الحسن خلال مباراة المنتخب الجزائري أمام منتخب الكونغو الديمقراطية في إطار دور ثمن النهائي، وعلى إثر ذلك، جرى توقيفه ثم الإفراج عنه مؤقتاً، قبل أن يعاد توقيفه لاحقاً لاستكمال التحقيقات.
ومع اقتراب موعد مباراة دور ربع النهائي، وأثناء استعداد بلقاسمي للانتقال إلى مدينة مراكش لمتابعة اللقاء، أوقفته السلطات مرة أخرى، ما انتهى بإحالته إلى القضاء وصدور الحكم بحقه.
The primary court in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, issued a ruling yesterday (Monday) sentencing the well-known Algerian content creator on the platform "TikTok," Raouf Belkassmi, to three months in prison, along with a fine of 500 Moroccan dirhams.
Local media sources reported that Belkassmi faced charges related to defamation and slander against several individuals during sports demonstrations, in addition to public indecency, stemming from video content he posted on social media platforms.
Belkassmi had arrived in Morocco to support the Algerian national team participating in the Africa Cup of Nations before being placed in the local prison in Rabat on January 12, following his arrest by the relevant authorities.
The case originated from a satirical video posted by the individual, in which he claimed to have engaged in inappropriate behavior inside the Moulay Hassan Stadium during the match between the Algerian national team and the Democratic Republic of Congo in the round of 16. Following this, he was arrested and then temporarily released, only to be re-arrested later to continue the investigations.
As the quarter-final match approached, and while Belkassmi was preparing to travel to Marrakech to attend the game, the authorities stopped him again, which led to his referral to the judiciary and the issuance of the ruling against him.
