أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل حداً بأحد الجناة في المنطقة الشرقية، فيما يلي نصه:

قال الله تعالى: «إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ مِنْ خِلَافٍ أَوْ يُنْفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ».

أقدم جاسم بن عادل بن معتوق الرجب -سعودي الجنسية- على قتل يوسف بن إبراهيم بن علي الرجيب -سعودي الجنسية، وذلك بإيهامه برغبته في إيصاله والركوب معه في مركبته ومباغتته بطعنه عدة طعنات بأداة حادة؛ مما أدى إلى وفاته.

وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله المجني عليه غيلة، ولكون ما قام به كان على وجه الحيلة والخداع وعلى وجه يأمن معه المجني عليه من غائلته، ونظراً إلى أن ما ارتكبه يعد جريمة شنيعة للغاية وأنه يشكل خطراً كبيراً على أرواح الناس وأعراضهم وأموالهم فقد تم الحكم عليه بالقتل حداً للغيلة، وأصبح الحكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمرٌ ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً.

وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل بالجاني جاسم بن عادل بن معتوق الرجب -سعودي الجنسية- يوم الثلاثاء بتاريخ 1 / 8 / 1447هـ الموافق 20 / 1 / 2026م بالمنطقة الشرقية.

ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن، وتحقيق العدل، وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدّى على الآمنين ويسفك دماءهم وينتهك حقهم في الحياة، وتحذّر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.

والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل.

The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today (Tuesday) regarding the implementation of a death sentence against one of the perpetrators in the Eastern Province. Below is the text:

Allah Almighty said: “The only reward of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption on earth is that they be killed or crucified, or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides, or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter, they will have a great punishment.”

Jasim bin Adel bin Matuq Al-Rajab - a Saudi national - killed Youssef bin Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Rajab - also a Saudi national - by deceiving him into believing that he wanted to give him a ride in his vehicle and then ambushing him with several stabs using a sharp object, which led to his death.

Thanks to Allah, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation revealed charges against him for committing the crime. He was referred to the competent court, where a ruling was issued confirming the charges against him for the premeditated murder of the victim. Since his actions were carried out through deceit and trickery, leading the victim to feel secure from his threat, and given that what he committed is considered a heinous crime that poses a significant danger to the lives, honor, and property of people, he was sentenced to death by beheading. The ruling became final after being appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia.

The death sentence was carried out against the perpetrator Jasim bin Adel bin Matuq Al-Rajab - a Saudi national - on Tuesday, 1/8/1447 AH, corresponding to 20/1/2026 AD, in the Eastern Province.

The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe, sheds their blood, and violates their right to life. At the same time, it warns anyone who may contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
