في فضيحة جديدة تضاف إلى فضائحها السابقة (السجون السرية) ونهب الميزانية التشغيلية لمستشفيات ودوريات الشرطة وأجهزتها في شبوة، أقدمت حكومة أبوظبي على إيقاف محطتي الطاقة الشمسية في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن وشبوة «عن بعد».
وأعربت وزارة الكهرباء والطاقة اليمنية في بيان عن أسفها الشديد إزاء قيام الشركة الإماراتية جلوبال ساوث يوتيليتيز «GSU» المشغلة لمحطتي الطاقة الشمسية في كلٍ من العاصمة عدن ومحافظة شبوة، بإطفاء المحطتين «عن بعد» بشكل مفاجئ، ودون أي ترتيبات مسبقة أو تنسيق رسمي مع الوزارة أو الجهات المحلية المختصة.
وأوضحت أن عملية الإطفاء تمت دون تقديم مبررات فنية واضحة أو إشعارات تشغيلية مسبقة، الأمر الذي تسبب في إرباك منظومة التوليد، وأثر بشكل مباشر على استقرار الخدمة الكهربائية، خصوصاً في ظل الاعتماد على الطاقة الشمسية في تخفيف الأحمال خلال ساعات النهار.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنها لم تتلق أي مراسلات رسمية من الشركة المشغلة توضح أسباب الإطفاء أو مدته، سواءً فيما يخص محطة عدن أو محطة شبوة، وهو ما يُعد إخلالًا بمسؤوليات التشغيل والتنسيق المفترض في إدارة مشاريع إستراتيجية تمس حياة المواطنين في أكثر من محافظة.
وحمّلت الوزارة الشركة الإماراتية المشغلة مسؤولية هذا الإجراء وتداعياته بصفتها الشركة المشغلة، داعية إلى سرعة توضيح الأسباب، وإعادة تشغيل المحطتين، والالتزام الكامل بأطر التنسيق المؤسسي، بما يضمن استقرار منظومة الكهرباء وعدم اتخاذ قرارات أحادية تؤثر على الخدمة العامة.
وكان الدكتور علي الأمروري العامل في أحد مستشفيات شبوة قد كشف لـ«عكاظ» عن قيامم حكومة أبوظبي بسحب الأجهزة والميزانية التشغيلية لمستشفيات شبوة أثناء مغادرتها للمحافظة، فضلاً عن سحبها لدوريات الشرطة وغيرها من التجهيزات التي كانت قدمتها كمنح للمحافظة في السنوات الماضية.
وقال الأمروري هذا السلوك من حكومة أبوظبي يدل على الحقد الدفين الذي تحمله تجاه اليمنيين، بعكس المملكة العربية السعودية تعطي دون منّ ولا أذى.
وأضاف: حفظ الله السعودية وقيادتها الحكيمة وشعبها العظيم، فهذه مملكة الجود والسخاء والعطاء لايمكن أن تقوم بمثل هذه السلوكيات مع الحوثي رغم اعتدائهم على أراضي المملكة.
وأشار إلى أن السعودية تمول مستشفيات كثيرة في اليمن ومنها المستشفيات التي تعمل عند الحوثي التي لا تزال تقدم خدماتها على أكمل وجه رغم الحرب والصواريخ التي أطلقها الحوثي تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية، ورغم كل ماحصل إلا أن المملكة لم تواجه هذا بسحب أي ميزانية لأي مستشفى، وهي أكبر شاهد على ذلك.
وشدد الأمروري بالقول: «الكبير يظل كبيراً تجاه إخوانه مهما حصل من عداوات من قبل أي طرف، فالمملكة هي المرجع لكل الدول العربية، فشكراً قيادة المملكة العربية السعودية الحكيمة وشكراً لشعبها العظيم».
In a new scandal added to its previous ones (the secret prisons) and the embezzlement of the operational budget for hospitals and police patrols and their devices in Shabwa, the Abu Dhabi government has taken the step of remotely shutting down the solar power stations in the temporary capital, Aden, and Shabwa.
The Yemeni Ministry of Electricity and Energy expressed its deep regret in a statement regarding the sudden remote shutdown of the two solar power stations in both Aden and Shabwa by the Emirati company Global South Utilities "GSU," without any prior arrangements or official coordination with the ministry or the relevant local authorities.
It clarified that the shutdown was carried out without providing clear technical justifications or prior operational notifications, which caused confusion in the generation system and directly affected the stability of the electricity service, especially given the reliance on solar energy to alleviate loads during daylight hours.
The ministry stated that it had not received any official correspondence from the operating company explaining the reasons for the shutdown or its duration, whether concerning the Aden station or the Shabwa station, which constitutes a breach of the operational and coordination responsibilities expected in managing strategic projects that affect the lives of citizens in more than one governorate.
The ministry held the Emirati operating company responsible for this action and its repercussions as the operating company, calling for a prompt clarification of the reasons, the resumption of operations at the two stations, and full adherence to institutional coordination frameworks to ensure the stability of the electricity system and to avoid unilateral decisions that affect public service.
Dr. Ali Al-Amrouri, who works in one of the hospitals in Shabwa, revealed to "Okaz" that the Abu Dhabi government withdrew the equipment and operational budget for the hospitals in Shabwa while leaving the governorate, in addition to withdrawing police patrols and other equipment that had been provided as grants to the governorate in previous years.
Al-Amrouri stated that this behavior from the Abu Dhabi government reflects the deep-seated hatred it holds towards Yemenis, unlike the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which gives without expecting anything in return.
He added: "May God protect Saudi Arabia, its wise leadership, and its great people. This is a kingdom of generosity and giving that cannot engage in such behaviors with the Houthis despite their aggression against its territory."
He pointed out that Saudi Arabia funds many hospitals in Yemen, including those operating under the Houthis, which continue to provide their services effectively despite the war and the missiles launched by the Houthis towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Despite everything that has happened, the Kingdom has not responded by withdrawing any budget from any hospital, which is the greatest evidence of that.
Al-Amrouri emphasized by saying: "The great remains great towards his brothers no matter what enmities arise from any party. The Kingdom is the reference for all Arab countries, so thank you to the wise leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and thank you to its great people."
