قتل ما لا يقل عن 7 أشخاص وأصيب 25 آخرين، عندما فجر انتحاري نفسه بين المدعوين في حفل زفاف شمال غربي باكستان، أمس (الجمعة).
ووقع الهجوم في منزل نور عالم محسود، وهو زعيم مجتمعي مؤيد للحكومة، في منطقة دير إسماعيل خان، إحدى مناطق إقليم خيبر بختونخوا، قرب الحدود مع أفغانستان، وفق ما نقلت وكالة «أسوشيتد برس»، عن مصادر وشهود عيان.
وقال رئيس الشرطة المحلية عدنان خان إن عناصر الشرطة نقلوا المصابين إلى المستشفى، واصفاً حالة عدد منهم بالحرجة.
ولم تعلن أي جهة مسؤوليتها عن الهجوم، إلا أن الشبهات من المرجح أن تتجه إلى حركة «طالبان باكستان»، التي نفّذت العديد من الهجمات في البلاد خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
ووفق رئيس الشرطة، فإن التفجير وقع في مبنى يضم أعضاء إحدى لجان السلام. وتتألف لجان السلام من سكان وشيوخ، مع دعم من الدولة في إطار جهودها الرامية لمواجهة المتشددين في المناطق الواقعة على الحدود مع أفغانستان.
وتصف حركة «طالبان الباكستانية»، التي تنشط على جانبي الحدود الأفغانية، أعضاء لجان السلام بأنهم «خونة»، في حين تتهم إسلام آباد حركة «طالبان الأفغانية» بالسماح للجماعة الباكستانية بالتخطيط لهجماتها من داخل أفغانستان، وتنفي كابول هذه التهمة، وتقول إن «هجمات المتشددين مشكلة داخلية لدى باكستان».

The attack took place at the home of Noor Alam Mehsud, a government-supporting community leader, in the Dera Ismail Khan area, one of the regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, near the border with Afghanistan, according to the Associated Press, citing sources and eyewitnesses.
Local police chief Adnan Khan stated that police officers transported the injured to the hospital, describing the condition of several of them as critical.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but suspicions are likely to fall on the "Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan," which has carried out numerous attacks in the country in recent years.
According to the police chief, the explosion occurred in a building that included members of one of the peace committees. The peace committees consist of residents and elders, with state support as part of its efforts to combat militants in the border areas with Afghanistan.
