كشف تقرير صحفي تحرّك نادي ليفربول الإنجليزي للتعاقد مع المدرب الإسباني تشابي ألونسو، لخلافة الهولندي آرني سلوت.
وكان ألونسو قد أُقيل من تدريب ريال مدريد في 12 يناير الجاري، عقب الخسارة أمام برشلونة بنتيجة (3-2) في نهائي كأس السوبر الإسباني، الذي أُقيم في مدينة جدة.
وبحسب صحيفة «آس» الإسبانية، فقد تواصل نادي ليفربول بالفعل مع وكلاء تشابي ألونسو للاستفسار عن إمكانية تولّيه تدريب الفريق، ورغم أن المدرب الإسباني يقضي حالياً فترة راحة، فإن الرد جاء إيجابياً من جانبه.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أنه في ربيع عام 2024، رفض ألونسو عروضاً من بايرن ميونخ وليفربول، إذ شعر حينها أن الوقت لم يكن مناسباً للرحيل، مفضلاً الاستمرار مع باير ليفركوزن، أما الآن، فينتظر ألونسو بصبر قبل اتخاذ قراره النهائي، مع علمه بأنه سيُستقبل بحفاوة كبيرة في ملعب أنفيلد، إذ يُنظر إليه كخيار مستقبلي، سواء في الفترة القريبة أو بدءاً من موسم 2026-2027.
سلوت تحت الضغط
وأوضحت «آس» أن المدرب الحالي آرني سلوت يدرك أن مستقبله أصبح مهدداً، في ظل تراجع مستوى الفريق، رغم إنفاق إدارة النادي نحو 482 مليون يورو خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية.

وتلقّى ليفربول هزيمة مؤلمة أمام بورنموث بنتيجة (3-2)، أمس (السبت)، ضمن منافسات الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز، ليفشل الفريق في تحقيق الفوز للمباراة الخامسة على التوالي في المسابقة.
ويحتل ليفربول المركز الرابع في جدول ترتيب البريميرليغ برصيد 36 نقطة من 10 انتصارات و6 تعادلات، مقابل 7 هزائم.
