أُصيب ستة أشخاص، من بينهم طفلان أحدهما رضيع، بجروح خطيرة جراء حريق اندلع في منزل بولاية كوينزلاند الأسترالية، صباح اليوم، ما استدعى نقلهم على وجه السرعة إلى المستشفى.
وأفادت خدمات الطوارئ المحلية أنها تحركت فور تلقي البلاغ إلى موقع الحادث الواقع على بعد أكثر من ألف كيلومتر شمال غرب عاصمة الولاية بريزبين، حيث عثرت على عدد من الأشخاص محاصرين داخل المنزل المشتعل. وأوضحت أن المصابين الستة، وبينهم طفلان، يعانون من مشكلات تنفسية خطيرة تهدد حياتهم.
من جهته، أكد متحدث باسم شرطة كوينزلاند أن الجهات المختصة باشرت تحقيقًا عاجلًا لكشف ملابسات الحريق وأسباب اندلاعه.
