أكدت وزارة الصحة على كافة قطاعاتها، بما فيها التجمعات الصحية وفروع الوزارة في المناطق والمحافظات، بمعالجة المطالبات المالية وصرف المستحقات المترتبة على سنوات مالية منتهية، على أن لا يتجاوز الصرف نهاية الشهر الثاني من العام المالي الحالي 2026.

وبينت أنه في حال وجود مستحقات مترتبة على سنوات مالية منتهية فيتم صرفها بما لا يتجاوز نهاية الشهر الثاني من بداية السنة المالية الحالية من الاعتمادات الواردة بميزانية السنة المالية الجديدة وإجراء ما يلزم من مناقلات لصرف المستحقات وأن يشتمل الحساب الختامي على تفاصيل ما أجري.

وأشارت وزارة الصحة إلى أنه يتعين تسريع معالجة المطالبات المالية المرفوعة من القطاع الخاص وصرف المستحقات المترتبة على سنوات مالية منتهية بما لا يتجاوز نهاية فبراير الجاري.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed to all its sectors, including health clusters and the ministry's branches in regions and governorates, the need to process financial claims and disburse entitlements due from previous financial years, provided that the disbursement does not exceed the end of the second month of the current financial year 2026.

It clarified that if there are entitlements due from previous financial years, they should be disbursed no later than the end of the second month of the current financial year from the allocations included in the new financial year's budget, and necessary transfers should be made to disburse the entitlements, ensuring that the final account includes details of what has been carried out.

The Ministry of Health indicated that it is necessary to expedite the processing of financial claims submitted by the private sector and to disburse the entitlements due from previous financial years no later than the end of February of this year.
