في خطوة نوعية تعكس توجهات التحول المؤسسي نحو الابتكار متعدد المسارات، وتعزيز التكامل بين المجالات الصحية والإبداعية، وتوسيع آفاق الحلول الابتكارية الداعمة لجودة الحياة والخدمات الصحية، وقعت وزارة الصحة ممثلة في مركز الإبتكار ومعهد منهاج للفنون العالي للتدريب إتفاقية شراكة إبتكارية لتفعيل دور الفنون والإبداع في دعم بيئات الابتكار الصحي.

ومثل وزارة الصحة في توقيع الشراكة نائب مدير مركز الابتكار بوزارة الصحة إبراهيم عسيري،، بينما مثل المعهد المدير العام لمعهد منهاج للفنون العالي للتدريب هيفاء بنت منصور الجبيلة.

وجرت مراسم توقيع الإتفاقية في مقر معهد منهاج للفنون بالرياض، بحضور نخبة من القيادات والمسؤولين وعدد من المهتمين بالقطاع ووسائل إعلامية تلفزيونية ومقروءة.

وتعد الشراكة الإستراتيجية بين الطرفين ركيزة أساسية لتمكين المبتكرين وتعزيز منظومة الابتكار والتكامل بين مختلف القطاعات، من خلال هذه الشراكات وفتح آفاق الوصول إلى الموارد والخبرات الداعمة لتحويل الأفكار الواعدة إلى حلول تطبيقية تُسهم في الارتقاء بجودة الرعاية الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية وتعزيز جاهزيتها لمواجهة التحديات الصحية المستقبلية.

وأكد إبراهيم عسيري، سعادته بتوقيع الاتفاقية، وقال: «حقيقة هي شراكة تتجاوز التدريب إلى صناعة الأثر ونحن سعداء بفكرة الاتفاقية لنؤكد من خلالها على الأهمية الإستراتيجية التي تحظى بها الشراكات النوعية الهادفة إلى تطوير رأس المال البشري وتعزيز مسارات الابتكار المؤسسي، وندرج هذه الاتفاقية ضمن جهود وزارة الصحة المستمرة لتبني المبادرات الابتكارية، وبناء شراكات فاعلة مع المؤسسات التدريبية الرائدة، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالقدرات المهنية والإبداعية، وساعين معاً للعمل بروح الفريق الواحد لدعم البحث والابتكار والمساهمة في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني».

ومن جهتها قالت هيفاء الجبيلة: «أعتقد أن تفعيل دور الفنون والإبداع في دعم بيئات الابتكار الصحي له جوانب متميزة عديدة ومنها مسارات متعددة، واليوم سعداء جداً بالتعاون بيننا وبين وزارة الصحة في تصميم وتطوير برامج تدريبية مشتركة تسهم في صقل مهارات الممارسين الصحيين والمبتكرين، مع تبادل الخبرات والتجارب المعرفية بما يعزز جودة المخرجات الإبداعية، انسجاماً مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، التي تولي الابتكار وتنمية القدرات البشرية أولوية كبرى، وتسعى إلى توظيف الفنون والقطاعات الإبداعية كرافد تنموي داعم لتحسين جودة الحياة والخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع».

In a qualitative step that reflects the institutional transformation towards multi-path innovation, enhances integration between health and creative fields, and expands the horizons of innovative solutions supporting quality of life and health services, the Ministry of Health, represented by the Innovation Center and the Manahij Institute for Higher Arts Training, signed an innovative partnership agreement to activate the role of arts and creativity in supporting health innovation environments.

Representing the Ministry of Health in signing the partnership was Ibrahim Al-Asiri, Deputy Director of the Innovation Center at the Ministry of Health, while representing the institute was Haifa bint Mansour Al-Jubailah, General Director of the Manahij Institute for Higher Arts Training.

The signing ceremony took place at the Manahij Institute for Arts in Riyadh, in the presence of a select group of leaders, officials, and several stakeholders in the sector, as well as media representatives from television and print.

The strategic partnership between the two parties is a fundamental pillar for empowering innovators and enhancing the innovation ecosystem and integration among various sectors, through these partnerships and opening avenues to access resources and expertise that support transforming promising ideas into practical solutions that contribute to elevating the quality of healthcare in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and enhancing its readiness to face future health challenges.

Ibrahim Al-Asiri expressed his happiness at signing the agreement, stating: “In fact, this partnership goes beyond training to creating impact, and we are pleased with the idea of the agreement to emphasize the strategic importance of qualitative partnerships aimed at developing human capital and enhancing institutional innovation pathways. We include this agreement within the Ministry of Health's ongoing efforts to adopt innovative initiatives and build effective partnerships with leading training institutions, which contributes to elevating professional and creative capabilities, and we are working together with a spirit of teamwork to support research and innovation and contribute to the development of the national economy.”

For her part, Haifa Al-Jubailah said: “I believe that activating the role of arts and creativity in supporting health innovation environments has many distinctive aspects, including multiple pathways. Today, we are very happy with the collaboration between us and the Ministry of Health in designing and developing joint training programs that contribute to honing the skills of healthcare practitioners and innovators, while exchanging knowledge experiences that enhance the quality of creative outputs, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes innovation and the development of human capabilities, and seeks to employ the arts and creative sectors as a supportive developmental resource to improve the quality of life and the services provided to the community.”
