أنهت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر برئاسة الفنان المصري أشرف زكي، الجدل حول تطبيق حق الأداء العلني، معلنة بدء التنفيذ الفعلي لأحكام القانون رقم 82 لسنة 2002، في خطوة اعتبرتها محطة مفصلية لتعزيز حقوق الفنانين وضمان حصولهم على مستحقاتهم القانونية بعد سنوات من المطالبة بتفعيل هذا الحق.
تنفيذ حق الأداء العلني
وأوضحت النقابة، في بيان، أن دخول القانون حيز التنفيذ يمثل إنجازاً طال انتظاره، ويعكس ثمرة جهود متواصلة خاضتها أجيال من الفنانين والمبدعين دفاعاً عن حقوقهم، مؤكدة أن هذه الخطوة ترسخ حماية الملكية الفكرية وتصون الحقوق الأدبية والمالية لأصحابها.
كما وجهت النقابة تحية تقدير لرموز الفن الراحلين الذين أسهموا في ترسيخ هذا المسار، مشيرة إلى أن ما تحقق اليوم يُعد امتداداً لنضالهم من أجل إقرار حقوق الفنانين وحمايتها.
وشددت على أهمية تمسك الأجيال الجديدة بحقوقها القانونية، مؤكدة أن تفعيل حق الأداء العلني يفتح مرحلة جديدة في دعم الفنانين، ويوفر إطاراً قانونياً يحفظ مكتسباتهم ويعزز مكانة المبدعين في منظومة الصناعة الفنية.
اجتماع للتنفيذ
وجاءت هذه الخطوة بعد اجتماع تنظيمي موسع دعت إليه نقابة المهن التمثيلية برئاسة الفنان أشرف زكي، بمشاركة أعضاء النقابات الفنية، لبحث آليات التنفيذ والترتيبات الإجرائية الخاصة بتفعيل قانون حق الأداء العلني، تمهيداً لوضعه موضع التنفيذ.

وشهد الاجتماع حضور عدد من نجوم الفن، بينهم ياسر جلال، وإلهام شاهين، وليلى علوي، وهالة صدقي، ونجلاء بدر، وشريف منير، إذ شددوا على أهمية حماية حقوق الفنانين، والالتزام بعدم التنازل عن حق الأداء العلني في العقود المبرمة مستقبلاً مع شركات الإنتاج.
The Egyptian Actors' Syndicate, headed by Egyptian artist Ashraf Zaki, has ended the debate over the implementation of the public performance right, announcing the actual commencement of the provisions of Law No. 82 of 2002, in a step considered a pivotal moment to enhance artists' rights and ensure they receive their legal entitlements after years of demanding the activation of this right.
Implementation of the Public Performance Right
The syndicate clarified in a statement that the law's entry into force represents a long-awaited achievement and reflects the fruit of continuous efforts made by generations of artists and creators in defense of their rights, emphasizing that this step solidifies intellectual property protection and safeguards the moral and financial rights of their owners.
The syndicate also extended a salute of appreciation to the late artistic icons who contributed to establishing this path, noting that what has been achieved today is an extension of their struggle for the recognition and protection of artists' rights.
It stressed the importance of the new generations adhering to their legal rights, affirming that the activation of the public performance right opens a new phase in supporting artists and provides a legal framework that preserves their gains and enhances the status of creators within the artistic industry.
Meeting for Implementation
This step came after an extensive organizational meeting called by the Actors' Syndicate, chaired by artist Ashraf Zaki, with the participation of members of the artistic syndicates, to discuss the mechanisms of implementation and the procedural arrangements for activating the public performance right law, in preparation for putting it into effect.
Support for Stars
The meeting was attended by several stars of the art scene, including Yasser Galal, Ilham Shaheen, Laila Elwi, Hala Sedki, Naglaa Badr, and Sherif Mounir, who emphasized the importance of protecting artists' rights and the commitment not to waive the public performance right in future contracts with production companies.
