اختتمت مبادرة الشريك الأدبي نسختها الخامسة بحفل ختامي دعت إليه هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة. وفي ظل تعدد الرؤى والانطباعات حول المبادرة وأثرها، طرحنا سؤالاً تقييمياً لنقف على آراء أكاديميين ومشاركين في المبادرة.
يرى الناقد الدكتور محمد إبراهيم الدبيسي أن الشريك الأدبي أتاح مساحة واسعة للتفاعل بين المبدعين بجميع تخصصاتهم وبين الجمهور، وتوسّع في حفاوته بالجميع دون معايير واضحة للتقييم والاختيار، فظهرت نتائج ذلك في مستوى كثير من الفعاليات، التي تفاوتت تفاوتاً ملحوظاً في قيمتها وجودتها، إذ غلب الحضور الكمي أحياناً على القيمة المعرفية والإبداعية. وأكد الدبيسي أن من المهم جداً وجود ضوابط علمية ومعايير ثقافية تضمن تحقيق قدر من الجودة والقيمة فيما يُقدّم، بما يحفظ للمشروع مكانته، في إطار الأهداف التي يعمل لتحقيقها، ما يعزّز أثره الثقافي، ويجعله أكثر قدرة على صناعة مشهد أدبي وثقافي فاعل وجاد.
وعدّت أستاذة الأدب في جامعة الباحة الدكتورة أميرة المحارب مبادرة الشريك الأدبي رافداً حيوياً أسهم في خلخلة البناء الثقافي التقليدي؛ بتقديم أسماء جديدة من داخل المدن، ومكاشفتها مباشرة أمام المتلقي. ورأت في تجربة احتكاك العامة بالمحاضرات الثقافية منطلقاً لخلق نمط اجتماعي ثقافي قادر على فرض السمات الثقافية لمجتمعاتنا في شكلها الحاضر عربياً وعالمياً؛ وأكدت أن التجربة تؤسّس لتاريخ الحضارة المحلية جانباً يستحق التقدير والدراسة. وأضافت، باعتباري مهتمة بالدراسات الثقافية، وأتطلع لقياس تأثير تجربة الشريك الأدبي، أتساءل: هل هناك توصيات ثقافية عميقة بشأن مخرجات تجربة الشريك الأدبي تتم متابعتها ومعالجتها لتحقيق أكبر قدر من التعامل الثقافي بين فئات الجمهور، وتحسين جودة الثقافة على مستوى المدينة والمنطقة؟ وما البرامج التي تستهدف هذه المخرجات لتطويرها وتفعيلها؟ وكيف تعاملت تجربة الشريك الأدبي مع المواهب اللافتة في رعايتها ومتابعتها؟
ولفتت المحارب إلى أن الوقت حان لإعداد ورش فعّالة لإيصال نجوم المنطقة لمنصات التتويج والظهور الإعلامي المستحق، الذي هو جهدنا الحقيقي في موقع مملكتنا الغالية على خريطة الشأن الثقافي العربي والعالمي.
ويؤكد عضو أول شريك أدبي في منطقة الباحة الإعلامي عمر الغامدي أن الشريك الأدبي أعاد صياغة العلاقة بين الثقافة والمجتمع بصورة مختلفة، وجعل من الأدب والفكر جزءاً من المشهد اليومي بعيداً عن القاعات المغلقة والنخب، ونجح في كسر الفكرة السائدة بأن الثقافة حكر على المثقفين وحدهم، وفتح أبوابها أمام مختلف فئات المجتمع لتصبح أكثر حضوراً وقرباً وتأثيراً. ولفت الغامدي إلى أن التجربة أسهمت في اكتشاف أصوات إبداعية جديدة وأوجدت مساحة للقاء المباشر مع أدباء ومثقفين طالما كانت اللقاءات معهم حلماً لكثير من المهتمين والقراء، وعدّ من نجاحات الشريك الأدبي تقريب الأديب إلى المتلقي وجعل المتلقي أكثر قرباً من الأديب والمثقف. ودعا إلى تطوير بعض الجوانب التنظيمية في مرحلة مقبلة من خلال الاستفادة من الكفاءات التي تمتلك خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشهد الثقافي، وصناعة الفعاليات الأدبية بما يضمن استدامة النجاح ورفع جودة المخرجات، ولفت الغامدي لضرورة تخصيص مساحات واسعة داخل المقاهي بعيداً عن ضجيج الأطباق وأصوات مطاحن القهوة واحتفالات أعياد الميلاد التي تشد انتباه الجمهور، وتضعف تركيز بعض الحضور والمتحدثين وتؤثر على جودة التفاعل والحوار، كون طبيعة الحوار الثقافي تتطلب أجواء أكثر هدوءاً، وأضاف: وتظل تجربة الشريك الأدبي واحدة من المبادرات الثقافية الملهمة التي نجحت في تقريب الثقافة من المجتمع وتستحق أن تستمر وتتطور وتوسع حضورها في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
فيما عد عضو الشريك الأدبي بمحافظة الطائف طلال الطويرقي تجربة الشريك الأدبي من أسباب ازدهار الفعل الثقافي، كون الثقافة لا تزدهر داخل المؤسسات وحدها، بل عندما يلتقي الإنسان بالإنسان، وعدّها مشروعاً يصنع الوعي ويمنح الأدب دوراً حضارياً يتجاوز القراءة إلى بناء الفكر وتعزيز الحوار وترسيخ الهوية الثقافية المستدامة، وأكد أن التفاعل مع الشريك الأدبي جيد جداً إلى حد ما، والطرح مميّز ومثرٍ.
حصة المفرح: جودة المخرجات وتنسيق مواعيد الفعاليات
ذهبت أستاذة الأدب والنقد في جامعة الملك سعود الدكتورة حصة المفرح إلى أن تجربة الشريك الأدبي من المبادرات الثقافية التي أسهمت في تنشيط الحراك الأدبي، وخلقت مساحة يلتقي فيها المهتمون بالثقافة والأدب لتبادل المعرفة والخبرات، وأخرجت الثقافة والأدب إلى المجتمع بفئاته المختلفة، وعدّت من إيجابياتها: نشر الثقافة والأدب، وتنويع مداخل تقديمهما في المحاضرات، والدورات التدريبية وورش العمل، واللقاءات الحوارية ما أسهم في جذب فئات مختلفة ومتنوعة من الجمهور المختص وغير المختص، وجعل الوصول إلى المعرفة الأدبية أكثر قرباً وسهولة. وأضافت المفرح: وفرت التجربة بيئة ثقافية تجمع بين الجدية العلمية والترفيه الثقافي، ما أضفى على الفعاليات طابعاً تفاعلياً دون أن يفقدها قيمتها المعرفية في الأغلب. ومن الجوانب الإيجابية كذلك التعريف بموضوعات جديدة، وإبراز تجارب ناجحة في مجالات الأدب والثقافة عموماً، وإتاحة الفرصة لعدد من الأدباء والنقاد والمهتمين لتقديم خبراتهم وأفكارهم، ورأت من الجوانب التي يمكن أن تسهم معالجتها للارتقاء بالتجربة: كثرة الفعاليات في اليوم الواحد خصوصاً في مدينة الرياض، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تداخل مواعيدها واضطر الجمهور إلى المفاضلة بينها، وقلل من فرص الحضور والتفاعل والاستفادة الكاملة من كل فعالية، إذ كان من الممكن تحقيق أثر أكبر لو تم توزيع الفعاليات على أيام مختلفة وفق جدول زمني مدروس، واقترحت إنشاء منصة إلكترونية لتنظيم مواعيد الفعاليات وحجزها من المنظمين في المدينة الواحدة، ويمكن أن تتضمن المنصة نظاماً للتسجيل المسبق، وإشعارات للحضور، وتقويماً موحداً للفعاليات، وإحصاءات تساعد في قياس الإقبال وتحسين التخطيط.
ولاحظت المفرح تفاوت مستوى المحتوى المقدم، إذ اتسمت بعض المشاركات بالعمق والرصانة والطرح المميّز، فيما اعتمد بعضها الآخر على موضوعات متكررة أو معلومات مستهلكة، وبعضها يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على تفاعل حضور يرتبط بفكرة العلاقات الشخصية أو الدعوات الخاصة أكثر من ارتباطه بأهمية الموضوع المطروح وجودة المحتوى، ما أضعف الإعداد المسبق لمقدم الفعالية، وانعكس على جودة المخرجات، وأظهر تفاوت مستوى المشاركات، ما حرم بعض الفعاليات المتميّزة من الوصول إلى الجمهور الذي تستحقه، مشيرةً إلى أن كثرة الحضور لا يعكس جودة البرنامج وأهميته.
ودعت لإعداد خطة تسويقية واضحة للفعاليات من قبل الجهات المنظمة، تشمل الإعلان المبكر، بمواد إعلامية احترافية، والاستفادة من المنصات الرقمية والشراكات الإعلامية، وتحديد معايير واضحة لاختيار الموضوعات والمتحدثين، وتحقيق التوازن بين الأسماء المعروفة وإتاحة الفرصة للمواهب الجديدة، واعتماد آلية منتظمة لتقييم الفعاليات، والاستفادة من نتائجها في تطوير البرامج المستقبلية، وتوثيق الفعاليات، ونشر تسجيلاتها ما يتيح استفادة من لم يتمكن من الحضور.
وأكدت أن تجربة الشريك الأدبي جديرة بالتقدير، وحقّقت أثراً ثقافياً واضحاً في نشر الأدب وجوانبه الثقافية المختلفة، والملاحظات لا تنتقص من قيمة التجربة، وإنما تحفز لتطويرها، لتصبح أكثر تنظيماً، وأعلى جودة، وأوسع انتشاراً، وتحقّق رسالتها الثقافية بأفضل صورة ممكنة.
The Literary Partner initiative concluded its fifth edition with a closing ceremony organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority. In light of the diverse perspectives and impressions regarding the initiative and its impact, we posed an evaluative question to gather the opinions of academics and participants in the initiative.
Critic Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Dubaisi believes that the Literary Partner has provided a wide space for interaction between creators of all specialties and the audience, expanding its hospitality to everyone without clear criteria for evaluation and selection. This resulted in a noticeable variation in the quality and value of many events, where sometimes the quantitative presence overshadowed the intellectual and creative value. Al-Dubaisi emphasized the importance of having scientific regulations and cultural standards to ensure a degree of quality and value in what is presented, preserving the project's status within the framework of the goals it aims to achieve, which enhances its cultural impact and makes it more capable of creating an active and serious literary and cultural scene.
Dr. Ameera Al-Muharib, a professor of literature at Al-Baha University, considered the Literary Partner initiative a vital contributor to shaking up the traditional cultural structure by presenting new names from within the cities and exposing them directly to the audience. She viewed the experience of public interaction with cultural lectures as a starting point for creating a cultural social pattern capable of imposing the cultural traits of our societies in their current Arab and global forms. She affirmed that the experience establishes a side of local civilization history that deserves appreciation and study. She added, as someone interested in cultural studies and looking to measure the impact of the Literary Partner experience, I wonder: Are there deep cultural recommendations regarding the outputs of the Literary Partner experience that are being followed up and addressed to achieve the greatest degree of cultural interaction among audience segments and improve the quality of culture at the city and regional levels? What programs target these outputs for development and activation? How has the Literary Partner experience dealt with outstanding talents in its care and follow-up?
Al-Muharib pointed out that the time has come to prepare effective workshops to bring the region's stars to the platforms of recognition and deserved media appearances, which is our true effort in our beloved Kingdom's position on the map of Arab and global cultural affairs.
Omar Al-Ghamdi, a member of the first Literary Partner in the Al-Baha region, confirmed that the Literary Partner has reshaped the relationship between culture and society in a different way, making literature and thought part of the daily scene, away from closed halls and elites. It succeeded in breaking the prevailing idea that culture is solely the domain of intellectuals, opening its doors to various segments of society to become more present, closer, and impactful. Al-Ghamdi noted that the experience contributed to discovering new creative voices and created a space for direct encounters with writers and intellectuals, which had long been a dream for many interested readers. He considered one of the successes of the Literary Partner to be bringing the writer closer to the audience and making the audience more connected to the writer and the intellectual. He called for the development of some organizational aspects in the next phase by benefiting from competencies that have previous experience in managing the cultural scene and organizing literary events to ensure the sustainability of success and improve the quality of outputs. Al-Ghamdi emphasized the necessity of allocating wide spaces within cafes away from the noise of dishes and the sounds of coffee grinders and birthday celebrations that distract the audience's attention, weaken the focus of some attendees and speakers, and affect the quality of interaction and dialogue, as the nature of cultural dialogue requires calmer atmospheres. He added: The Literary Partner experience remains one of the inspiring cultural initiatives that succeeded in bringing culture closer to society and deserves to continue, develop, and expand its presence in various regions of the Kingdom.
Meanwhile, Talal Al-Tuwairqi, a member of the Literary Partner in Taif, considered the Literary Partner experience one of the reasons for the flourishing of cultural action, as culture does not thrive solely within institutions but when people meet each other. He regarded it as a project that creates awareness and gives literature a civilizational role that transcends reading to building thought, enhancing dialogue, and establishing a sustainable cultural identity. He confirmed that the interaction with the Literary Partner is very good to some extent, and the proposals are distinctive and enriching.
Hissa Al-Mufarrih: Quality of Outputs and Coordination of Event Schedules
Dr. Hissa Al-Mufarrih, a professor of literature and criticism at King Saud University, stated that the Literary Partner experience is one of the cultural initiatives that contributed to revitalizing literary movement and created a space for culture and literature enthusiasts to exchange knowledge and experiences. It brought culture and literature to society with its various segments. She noted its positives: spreading culture and literature, diversifying the ways of presenting them in lectures, training courses, workshops, and dialogue meetings, which contributed to attracting different and diverse audience segments, both specialized and non-specialized, making access to literary knowledge closer and easier. Al-Mufarrih added: The experience provided a cultural environment that combines scientific seriousness and cultural entertainment, giving the events an interactive character without losing their intellectual value in most cases. Other positive aspects include introducing new topics, highlighting successful experiences in literature and culture in general, and providing opportunities for several writers, critics, and enthusiasts to present their experiences and ideas. She saw that addressing the issue of the high number of events in one day, especially in Riyadh, could contribute to elevating the experience, as this leads to overlapping schedules and forces the audience to choose between them, reducing the opportunities for attendance, interaction, and full benefit from each event. A greater impact could have been achieved if the events had been distributed over different days according to a well-studied schedule. She suggested creating an electronic platform to organize event schedules and reservations from organizers in the same city, which could include a pre-registration system, attendance notifications, a unified calendar of events, and statistics to help measure attendance and improve planning.
Al-Mufarrih noticed a disparity in the level of the content presented, as some contributions were characterized by depth, seriousness, and distinctive proposals, while others relied on repetitive topics or consumed information, and some depended heavily on audience interaction related to personal relationships or special invitations more than on the importance of the topic presented and the quality of the content, which weakened the prior preparation of the event presenter and reflected on the quality of the outputs, showing a disparity in the level of contributions, which deprived some distinguished events of reaching the audience they deserve. She pointed out that a high attendance does not reflect the quality and importance of the program.
She called for preparing a clear marketing plan for the events by the organizing entities, including early announcements with professional media materials, benefiting from digital platforms and media partnerships, setting clear criteria for selecting topics and speakers, achieving a balance between well-known names and providing opportunities for new talents, adopting a regular mechanism for evaluating events, benefiting from their results in developing future programs, documenting events, and publishing their recordings to allow benefit for those who could not attend.
She affirmed that the Literary Partner experience is worthy of appreciation and has achieved a clear cultural impact in spreading literature and its various cultural aspects. The observations do not detract from the value of the experience but rather motivate its development to become more organized, of higher quality, and wider in reach, achieving its cultural message in the best possible way.
