بدأت إدارة النصر تحركاتها القانونية من أجل حفظ حقوق النادي ضد المسيئين له عبر الإعلام المرئي والمقروء والمسموع، بالإضافة إلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لكل ما يخص قضايا النصر وجميع ما يحدث من إساءات وإشاعات، حيث قدم أحد المغردين عبر حسابه الشخصي على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي «x» اعتذاره لشركة نادي النصر وكافة أعضائها ومنسوبيها وجمهورهم عقب أكثر من سنة، وما تضمنه من إساءات ووصف غير لائق بحقهم، وفي هذا الشأن قال المستشار الإعلامي لشركة نادي النصر والمشرف المكلف على العلاقات العامة والتواصل سعيد أبو داهش، «تؤكد شركة نادي النصر أنه تم رصد وتوثيق الإساءات والتجاوزات التي طالت الكيان ولاعبيه عبر البرامج الرياضية، وقد أُحيلت بالفعل إلى الجهات المعنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق كل من تجاوز، وسيستمر الرصد والمتابعة دون استثناء أو تهاون، وأي إساءة لاحقة سيتم التعامل معها عبر المسار القانوني ذاته»، وأضاف يقول: «نشدد على ثقتنا الكاملة بالجهات المختصة، بما في ذلك الهيئة العامة لتنظيم الإعلام و والاتحاد السعودي للإعلام الرياضي للقيام بدورها في وضع حد لهذه التجاوزات، وحماية المشهد الإعلامي، وضمان تطبيق الأنظمة بكل حزم»، وتابع: «النصر كيانٌ تحكمه الأنظمة وتحميه العدالة، ومن يُسِئ يتحمّل مسؤوليته كاملةً أمام القانون، وأخيرًا كل الامتنان لجماهيرنا الوفية عزّ النصر وسدّه المنيع».

يذكر بأن شركة نادي النصر ممثلة باللجنة القانونية قد قامت برفع عدد من الشكاوى في فترة من الزمن على عدد من المغردين، وصدر من خلالها أحكام قضائية ضد بعض المغردين، حيث قاموا بالاعتذار عن ذلك.

The Al-Nasr administration has begun its legal actions to protect the club's rights against those who have wronged it through visual, written, and audio media, in addition to social media platforms, regarding all matters related to Al-Nasr's issues and the various insults and rumors that have arisen. One of the users on the social media platform "x" has apologized to the Al-Nasr Club and all its members and staff, as well as its fans, after more than a year, for the insults and inappropriate descriptions directed at them. In this regard, the media advisor for Al-Nasr Club and the appointed supervisor of public relations and communication, Saeed Abu Dahesh, stated, "Al-Nasr Club confirms that the insults and violations targeting the entity and its players through sports programs have been monitored and documented, and they have indeed been referred to the relevant authorities to take legal action against anyone who has crossed the line. Monitoring and follow-up will continue without exception or leniency, and any subsequent insults will be dealt with through the same legal process." He added, "we emphasize our full confidence in the competent authorities, including the General Authority for Media Regulation and the Saudi Sports Media Federation, to play their role in putting an end to these violations, protecting the media landscape, and ensuring the strict application of regulations." He continued, "Al-Nasr is an entity governed by regulations and protected by justice, and those who insult will bear full responsibility before the law. Finally, we express our gratitude to our loyal fans, the pride of Al-Nasr and its stronghold."

It is worth mentioning that the Al-Nasr Club, represented by its legal committee, has filed several complaints over a period of time against a number of users, resulting in judicial rulings against some of them, who subsequently apologized for their actions.
