أعلنت وزارة المالية القطرية، اليوم، أن الموازنة العامة للدولة سجلت عجزاً قدره 5.3 مليار ريال خلال الربع الرابع من العام الماضي 2025، وتمت تغطيته من خلال أدوات الدين.
وأوضحت الوزارة، في بيان عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي (إكس)، أن إجمالي الإيرادات خلال الربع المذكور بلغ نحو 51.607 مليار ريال، وذلك بارتفاع نسبته 6%، مقارنة بالربع نفسه من العام 2024، في حين بلغ إجمالي المصروفات نحو 56.904 مليار ريال، بارتفاع نسبته 19.1%، مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام 2024.
توزيع المصروفات
وأضاف البيان أن الإيرادات النفطية خلال الربع الرابع من العام 2025، بلغت 46.428 مليار ريال، بينما بلغت الإيرادات غير النفطية 5.179 مليار ريال.
وأوضحت وزارة المالية أن المصروفات توزعت خلال الربع نفسه بواقع 17.624 مليار ريال للرواتب والأجور، و22.101 مليار ريال للمصروفات الجارية، فيما بلغت المصروفات الرأسمالية الكبرى 15.526 مليار ريال، والمصروفات الرأسمالية الثانوية 1.653 مليار ريال.
The Qatari Ministry of Finance announced today that the state budget recorded a deficit of 5.3 billion Qatari riyals during the fourth quarter of the previous year 2025, which was covered through debt instruments.
The ministry clarified in a statement via its official account on the social media platform (X) that the total revenues during the mentioned quarter amounted to approximately 51.607 billion Qatari riyals, reflecting an increase of 6% compared to the same quarter of 2024, while total expenditures reached about 56.904 billion Qatari riyals, showing an increase of 19.1% compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024.
Distribution of Expenditures
The statement added that oil revenues during the fourth quarter of 2025 amounted to 46.428 billion Qatari riyals, while non-oil revenues reached 5.179 billion Qatari riyals.
The Ministry of Finance explained that expenditures during the same quarter were distributed as follows: 17.624 billion Qatari riyals for salaries and wages, 22.101 billion Qatari riyals for current expenditures, while major capital expenditures amounted to 15.526 billion Qatari riyals, and secondary capital expenditures were 1.653 billion Qatari riyals.
